Firstly, you will find the ikhfa’ rule in the word “Al-Insan” (الإنسان), where the noon sakinah is followed by one of the ikhfa’ letters. Therefore, dear reciter, you should hide the sound of the noon and not pronounce it clearly.
You will also find another rule of noon sakinah and tanween in the phrase “Ajran Ghayra” (أجر غير), where the tanween is followed by the letter ghayn (غ), which is one of the izhar letters. In this case, the tanween should be pronounced clearly.

Stopping at the end of a verse changes the final vowel to a sukoon.
